CMOC Tungsten Separation Company I is a branch subordinated to CHINA MOLYBDENUM CO., LTD. Construction project of the company is a key project approved by Henan Province Development and Reform Commission and one of the key engineering projects listed by Luoyang City.

　　With construction commencement in June 2007, equipment process commissioning and trail-production in January 2008 and official production in July 2008, the company mainly conducts mineral separation and recycling of scheelite resources in tailings after molybdenum separation of CMOC Mineral Separation Company I and Luanchuan Sanqiang Molybdenum-tungsten Co., Ltd. The design processing scale of the project is 6,000t/day of molybdenum separation and tailings processing capability; mineral separation scale of the company is up to 13,000t/day currently after smooth completion of three-series reform and access of Zhonghe molybdenum separation tailings in May 2010. The company features advanced overall process technology, high equipment technology content and excellent process index. Its main production processes realize automatic industrial control completely and take a lead in applying flotation column to comprehensive recycling and mineral separation of low-grade scheelite, leading the domestic mineral separation and recycling of low-grade scheelite and truly realizing energy saving, green and environmental protection. 3,000t/d and 9,000t/d flotation tailings and iron recycling projects were transformed in August 2019 and August 2020. After official production in September, iron recycling capability is up to 12,000t/day. Currently, stable indexes become a new benefit growth point of the company.

　　The company consists of mineral separation workshop, comprehensive office, production management department and safety and environmental protection department. With 203 employees (including 161 technical school and junior college graduates) currently, it is a young and promising team full of vigor and vitality. Adhering to the work style of realistic, practical and innovative development, the company focuses on management internally and image building externally, and sets up the enterprise operation idea of human-oriented and harmonious construction. Currently, raw scheelite grade is stabilized at 0.09% and actual recycling rate of mineral separation is stabilized above 80%. After its official production, it produces about 6,000t 65% fine scheelite and realizes about 350 million yuan of sales income annually. It creates good economic and social benefits, becomes a new economic growth point of Group Company and makes active contribution for growth of Group Company.
