It is reported that China Top Brand Products and World Top Brand Products Commendation Conference in China was held in Great Hall of the People in Beijing on the 11th.

　　China Top Brand Strategy Promotion Committee publishes the list of 2007 China Top Brand Products and World Top Brand Products in China; General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China honors manufacturers of 2007 China Top Brand Products and World Top Brand Products in China and awards them with certificates and medals. And 6 products of our city are awarded with the title of China Top Brand.

　　6 products include LK-brand cement rotary kiln, LK-brand reducer and LK-brand cement roller press from CITIC Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., Mudan-brand copper and copper alloy strip from CHINALCO Luoyang City Copper Industry Co., Ltd., Minghua-brand industrial molybdenum oxide from CHINA MOLYBDENUM CO., LTD., and Huadu-brand safe from Luoyang Huadu Jingui Group Limited.

　　It is known that 31 products of our province are awarded with the title of China Top Brand and products of our city account for 1/5 of that of the entire province.

　　In recent years, Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach importance to brand the city through quality and create famous brands. Taking top brand strategy as a significant content of "the Eleventh Five-year Plan" of Luoyang City, they insist on starting with cultivating top brands and gradually forming the top brand strategy promotion system of "Market-oriented, Enterprise-dominated, Government-driven, Quality supervision department-guided and Society-participated" in the whole city through supporting, recommending, awarding and promoting top brands. This plays an active promoting role in improvement of general quality of the whole city and fast and rapid development of the national economy.

　　Currently, the city completes the planning target of "the Eleventh Five-year Plan" in advance, with quantity of "China Top Brand" of the whole city up to 10. This not only improves economic operation quality and growth speed but also enhances fame and municipal grade of Luoyang, the major industrial city, truly realizing the comprehensive effect of top brand strategy.
