On October 20, Liu Zhanyang, Deputy Manager of CMOC China Shangfanggou Mining Area, was nominated by Luoyang People's Government as 2019 Luoyang "Heluo Craftsman". Heluo craftsman is actively declared and strived by CMOC labor union. It is the fourth year for CMOC China to win the honor continuously.

　　In recent years, CMOC China gradually establishes talent cultivation paths for management, skill and technical talent teams. As the top grade of skill talent team, "Heluo craftsman" undergoes years of experience and cultivation from primary, intermediate and senior engineers, technician and senior technician to "Heluo craftsman". The honor is not only affirmation to craftsman skill but also promotion of craftsman spirit. It further motivates inheritance of craftsman skill and becomes a motivation and demonstration drive for building CMOC skill worker team. "Craftsman spirit" of CMOC is to have craftsman ingenuity, cast craftsman spirit, guard craftsman heart and cherish craftsman passion, concentrate on work, pursue perfect detail, harden skill constantly and give all to apprentices. The spirit is not only a work attitude but also represents CMOC spirits such as being firm, steady, rigorous, absorbed, persistent and professional, hard-working and keeping improving.

　　It is reported that selection of "Heluo Craftsman" undergoes grass root recommendation, expert review, organization check and other procedures as per CPC Luoyang Municipal Party Committee and Luoyang People's Government Comments on Implementing "Heluo Craftsman Plan" to Cultivate and Accelerate Building Skilled Talent Team. After strict standard control and checking, a new pattern of Heluo craftsman team building that is pushed by the government, led by enterprises, supported by the society and participated by all is formed, which is nominated by Luoyang People's Government ultimately.
